Well, I actually just came over an article about that camping can be the ultimate cure for your insomnia. Maybe some of this in this article happened to me. I was exposed to much sunlight, had to get up early for one week, had no pc or electrical devices ( except from my phone that I didnt use ), free of negative thoughts. If this was the reason why it helped maybe your insomnia can be cured too.
