Did the headache tire you out? Usually I would nap after the pain subsided, because it was exhausting.

I try to prevent migraines. Irregular sleep patterns, especially over sleeping, and hormones trigger mine.

My TMJ sometimes causes terrible headaches but without light sensitivity and nausea. If I don't drink my morning coffee I will also get a terrible headache.

no the headache didnt tire me out. i get migraines at least twice a week. it sucks. stress is a big trigger for me. ive had them since i was 9. used to be on pain pills for them since i was 9 too. not anymore.
