Hey guys...
I keep waking up extremely tired and depressed and it just sticks to me all day. Like I am wearing a mask that puts a lot of pressure on me and my face.
I just want to sleep and never wake up...
I have tried everything to help, yoga, coffee, energy drinks, tea....Nothing is really working.... I don't know what to do, I would love for this to end before school starts, so I can focus again...
