Rainbowzz - absolutely this is good and it makes you feel good to! I know sometimes (when I use to drink coffee) I would pay for the person behind my in the drive through. Alot of times in line at a store I let others go ahead of me if I'm having an okay pain day.

I try to do things for people at work as well because it always makes me feel good about myself - so as much as they appreciate what I do it's a bit selfish
