Talk to a therapist perhaps and see if there is something you can do to cope. I am a rather anxious person myself although not formally diagnosed. I do talk to my therapist about it. So hopefully if you talk to t and get to know your BF better your anxiety will lessen
I do have to point out that when I am constantly anxious in a relationship it is always because there is a red flag I am ignoring or something wrong but I am in denial. It's always turn out to be the truth. Maybe u could examine your relationship as well as talk about it to t
