The risk of Lexapro with respect to birth complications is similar to that seen with other SSRIs. There is nothing more worrisome than e.g. giving birth while exposed to Zoloft, in any case.

Multi-drug exposure, SSRI plus something, has not been shown to increase the risks during pregnancy.
