lol is this a joke? You linked me to myself. Anyways that breathing stuff has never worked for me, i honestly think it is bs. You can't just tell someone to breathe slowly and somehow their thoughts are going to go away, it doesn't work like that. Mindless distractions just frustrate me. Changing my thinking cycle is basically the only thing that has ever helped me and that is why i was hoping to have someone who might have a wise way of viewing my situation reply.
