I love kickboxing! Exercise is a good way to get my excess energy out-whether it's from mania or anxiety. HOWEVER, I have run the risk of exercising too much and getting too amped up--that's why I don't push myself too hard. I limit my time, and make sure I do other activities too, and have a nice, soothing, cool down portion of my workout. Cardio kickboxing is also great!
