I feel that way every day. It's why I'm so scared to go back to work. I'm afraid I'm going to crash again. I think it just takes time to reinforce that your treatment is working and you are going to be okay.
Maybe if you know you are going to be down in the evenings you can start an activity that you enjoy in the afternoon and keep yourself distracted-artwork, watching movies, etc. or you could do something productive like cleaning or taking care of bills so you can tell yourself that you accomplished something today.
