I can see why you are overwhelmed, and why you are afraid to share this with your therapist. It is not easy sharing things that happened, and even harder when we aren't sure what exactly happened.
Do you think maybe you could print off this post and mail it to her? That might be easier than talking about it. I had to tell my T similar things and I was scared to. I broke the ice by emailing her.
But if you just aren't ready, you may need to tell your T outright that she is pushing you too hard, too fast. There is nothing wrong with slowing it down so you can have time to process and cope.
You can get through this. It won't be easy, but you can.
