I'm finding it extremely difficult to call doctors, even knowing I will go into serious withdrawals when I run out of my anxiety medicine and don't have anyone to refill all of my medicine. Before I found my last doctor, I went to literally over 15 doctors before finding my doctor. I would drive up to an hour away to see a doctor to find out if I liked them or not. I don't have time to do that this time. I wasn't on any medication last time I searched. Withdrawals feels so horrible and now my anxiety is going through the roof and I'm trying to conserve than take them to calm down. I can't even imagine how rehab would work. That idea terrified me the most. Does anyone know if primary care doctors will refill my meds until I find a new psychiatrist?
