afraid I had no choice on my ip, ... but I was very lucky as my insurance paid for it all including the month of all day sessions, .... my work welcomed me back like I had never been gone, ... but I had over twenty years of time there, ... I would ask what you are wanting from ip, ... if it is important enough then you do what you need to and hope the rest works out, ... if you just need a break or help try a T first, ... or maybe find a group to join, like a support group that might meet at night, ... lots of options if work is a real issue, .. hope you find what you need ...
