The huge stigma associated with bipolar, or any other mental disorder, is alive, and very healthy. I can not ever see the day coming when that will change. Because two couples avoided me after I revealed I was bipolar, I no longer tell anyone.
I searched Google - "How a person with bipolar thinks" and I found it very interesting. There are several text explaining, but the top one held the most interest for for. I believe any person without bipolar could read it, and still not understand much. I put it like this. Unless someone shoots them in the *** with an arrow, they can never understand what it is like.
Thanks for this!
