Well, I have been going for almost a month now. Not weekends and one Wednesday when I listened to my tired body!
I am doing about an hour's cardio as well as the training circuit and power plate. I was only stiff in the first week and seldom get any stiffness or soreness now.
Physically, I must say I feel better and fitter than I have in a long time. But I can't feel my clothes fitting better yet. I am not too concerned about the scale at this point (can't believe I said that!) but I am bewildered as to why my measurements are stubbornly the same. Not even one little inch gone.
I guess I need to exercise (excuse the pun) patience. I wasn't in the best of shape and I suppose it will take a long time to repair the damage.
Oh yes, and EJ - husband said he "feels" a difference. That worked for me!
