Mania or hypomania. I work night shift and been getting 4 hours a day of sleep even one day just 1 hour[emoji27]
But I'm on lithium and it works! So I can actually not sleep much and not have too bad of an episode, if I even get one...maybe racing thoughts and small symptoms
