I have insurance through work, but it only covers therapy through reimbursement. I have not applied for reimbursement and don't intend to. As one of the therapists I see warns, even to process a claim for reimbursement, the insurance company may ask that confidential information be disclosed. It makes therapy very expensive but preferable to my information going in some database somewhere.
