I agree with all the above posts. I joined a little over a month ago and have >700 posts, while working full time and being a carer. But I also had a breakdown over Christmas, am on SSRIs, seeing a T and dealing with all sorts of other head **** I've avoided for over 30 years. Yes I spend a lot of time on here, but I need to. It's more beneficial than getting wasted every night or ODing or anything worse. I've met lovely people on here, like your good self, learnt a lot and distracted myself with games when real life was too much. I can control the time I spend on here but it's the only social medium I use. Hate FB, Twitter etc. this forum has been better for me than any meds, as has your company. Don't worry about being on here a lot. There are worse things you could be doing with your time!
