I have tried

Staying up too late, too much coffee, playing loud and fast music a lot, etc., etc... the not sleeping-part just triggered my depression and after that I had a hard time getting back on a good sleeping schedule. Wont try that again!
I get hypomanic 2-3 times a year, fun in the beginning, then it just turns out to be in a train heading into a mountain, full speed with no brakes. A good friend of mine thinks I am having mild mania-episodes. Anyways...
My brother has BP II, like me, and we shared a joke about how we need to tweek our meds to be inducing mild hypomania always. I said; "oh think about all the things I could get done!".
His comment was; "Oh think about all the unfinished projects I would have laying around..."
