<font color="#000088">I do agree with the fact that the labels are harming to people, and for some reason, some people actually like the label of being a "cutter".But I agree that it's better to just call it self-injurers. But to answer your question about if what you are doing would be considered cutting,I would definately say yes! But there are many others that do it to,so you're not alone in this,so it doesn't mean that you are not a person, or not human. There are more self-injurers out there than you could imagine. I used to cut quite often as well, and it really doesn't matter who cuts worse than who, just the fact that they do it puts them in danger for their lives. But you are human even if it doesn't hurt, because sometimes when we are upset and our adrenaline gets pumping pretty fast,we don't feel pain like we usually would. And cutting is very addictive, that may be why it feels to you like it's just like eating your meals each day.It may have just become a habit to you,as well as a coping mechanism. But Don't ever thing you're not a person, you are,and I think you are a great person with problems like we all have to deal with. You are a good person, and we all have our problems, but be really careful with the cutting,it's risky, safety wise! Just me looking out for you!
