Sometimes I worry that finding places like this does enable my isolation. This is support, but it cannot replace real life support, in my opinion. But you may look at it differently...
If it actually is an addiction you can get apps that block certain websites for certain periods of time. After all, if it isnt harmful and you dont want to change it, why call it an addiction?
Coming from an addict that sometimes wishes people would stop throwing around the addiction label so freely.... but who also sees how the internet can be incredibly addictive.

did not mean to upset anyone, I was addicted to xanex and was finally able to stop earlier this year and this feels very much the same , .... I don't "need" it but I do want it, .... maybe addiction is an incorrect term , but I'm a pretty simple fella and really don't know what else to call it, .... sorry ...
