The sad thing is that in many states it is technically not illegal to post nude pictures or videos of partners on the internet, and even if it were, it's easy to hide your IP address via VPNs and private proxies so the upload couldn't be linked back to you. In fact, they have a porn site called "GF revenge" or something similar that actually pays people money for nude photos and videos of their exes along with a plethora of offshore image and video hosting sites and there sadly isn't much that can be done since such sites are typically hosted in countries where the US doesn't have Jurisdiction."Revenge porn" as it's called has become increasingly common for guys to get revenge on their ex girlfriends who break up with them.
Your saving grace is the text messages because if he posts a video of you, you may actually be able to get him for harassment but it's unlikely that he would go to jail for any great length of time in most places. Your best bet would be to block his phone number and never talk to him again.
