How do you stop them. It seems everyday something brings something up. Last night I knew what it was that brought it on. But usually I don't I can't keep having these things come up. It is really starting to affect me. I want them to go away. How do I put them back? It just seems that one brings on another now. I hate it hate hate it. I don't know where to go or what to do, but it has to stop.
