I came from Vipassana few days ago. I could really see how wild our mind is. The first few days the instructions are to follow the breathing, just observe the breath as it comes in and as it goes out, not controlling or doing anything, just observe.
This is really hard to concentrate even for 30 seconds merely on this 'simple' task.
Maybe if we could train to do that, we would have much more control over our racing mind ?
