Ok, immune deficiency can make antipsychotics tough because some have the rare potential of lowering white blood cells. Clozapine is the big one for this, but they would be very unlikely to give you clozapine anyway. I don't know which of the others is best for you. People here seem to like latuda, but I've never taken it. Abilify is another good one. I didn't like it, but a lot of people do. I took seroquel, olanzapine, and saphris, and they were all pretty much the same, although saphris is more weight neutral. I think different ones work better for different people. There are some others that I haven't tried, so there are a lot of options, depending on your particular symptoms. Good luck
