I think T's should start the sessions on time. If they want to do paperwork or whatever after one client leaves, then the T should plan in time for that. So no back to back session, but 15 minutes between each session. And they should make the session end on time, so the client that comes after doesn't have to wait.
My T has 15 minutes between sessions, but she's still a bit late sometimes.
