One of the reasons I quit seeing my last T was because she scheduled appointments back-to-back, which is unrealistic. When was she ever supposed to make notes, pee or mentally shift herself from Client A to Client B. Half the time I could tell how scattered her mind was, because she would openly forget things I had told her previously, and not insignificant details (which I wouldn't fault any T for forgetting).
