I have auditory hallucinations from time to time as I fall asleep. Usually an explosion or door slamming. They are very loud inside of my head, but I know they aren't real. I asked my girlfriend and she never hears them, and I know that if she heard an explosion this loud out of a dead silence she would jump out of the bed so fast you wouldn't even know what happened. I hear a lot of noises when I close my eyes. From women singing, to loud noises, to trains...all manner of things. I'm not on any meds currently, though, and I don't remember of they help or not.
