I'm glad you're seeing a little improvement. I had a meds change in March and have been getting better since then. I have ups and down regarding motivation. I seem to be having gradual overall improvement with some bad days thrown in.

I'm sorry about the feeling of dread. I have experienced that before on waking and it's really unpleasant.

I tried "Tiny Habits" back in the spring but didn't get much benefit from it. It would involve things like just holding your knitting or crocheting in your lap for a while but not planning to actually do anything with it.

I hope you make it outside to watch the birds. I love watching birds and find it so calming.

It's so frustrating to be struggling with everyday living tasks, isn't it? I try not to compare where I am now to where I used to be and just work with what I have.
