Bubbles, I don't know if it can be positive for no reason. I take plaquinil. It's a slow acting medicine, but it really does help with the pain if you give it time, like about four months or more. I take it for Sjogrens Disease, not the fibro. Sjogrens makes you hurt all over, too, and that, in addition to the fibro creates some pain.
I just don't know about the lupus and positive ANA for no reason... I'm sorry, I wish I knew something helpful.
