A friend told me that when it comes to exercising, go easy on yourself. Just put on a pair of tennis shoes and go outside. If you still don't feel like walking, go right back inside. If you're ok, walk until you've decided you've had enough- even if it's just to the end of the driveway. It doesn't have to be fast or anything, just moving.
I love this but it's not what I want to hear when I'm on the depressed side. I hope it's the right time in your cycle to help a little.

You are right about that for exercise. I'm going to try to do something easy tonight, like go for a walk. I think a run or a spin class would kill me right now
