Friends are what make life worthwhile. I'm trying to envision what you would be doing, if you weren't going to school . . . and what you will be doing a year from now and, then, five years from now.
Having a diagnosis - like OCD - is only half of your problem. The other half of your problem is "managing" your psych disorder, which you will have to do for the rest of your life. If you have a psychiatrist and a psychologist, they should be helping you develop a game plan for how to get through the challenges of daily living. Your plan right now seems to be to just avoid everything. I've done that at a few points in my life. A lot of people here have. But that eventually leads to other problems that you can't avoid.
Any reasonable plan is going to involve forcing yourself to do things that you don't really feel like doing. Your parents won't be around forever. That's part of why you are expected to go to school. Sometimes people do need a break from school or work or whatever. What is it you would like to be doing right now?
