Hey! Since I am crazy, I thought I might have some crazy suggestions! (sorry, that was bad...)

Vilazodone(Viibryd): An SMS, Serotonin modulator and stimulator. Meh

Agomelatine(Valdoxan): A NDDI, I am not sure if it's out on the market
yet though...

Imipramine(Tofranil): It's a TCA that can also help with agitation or
anxiety!

Reboxetine(Edronax): NRI, depression, panic disorder, and ADHD... Not in
US...

Nortriptyline(Sesoval, Pamelor): It's a TCA with less side effects! Helps
with anxiety in some...

Vortioxetine(Brintellix): Another SMS, said to help w/ depression &
anxiety.

Maybe try Adderall, or Vyvanse? Those tend to work to give people more motivation in depression...

Anyway, those are some that aren't too typically prescribed that might work! They are a little different from some of the ones you have taken...
