I know I need to set boundaries. That is hard for me. Whenever she does something that is ticking me off, I do tell her. But she doesn't seem to care. Another problem is that she is a foreign exchange student, so she sometimes doesn't understand what I'm saying very well. I KNOW she has understood me saying to be quiet and that, but I mean in terms of having a long discussion. I wonder if I need to write her a letter so she has time to look at it and understand it, then respond?

I hate confrontation.
