Really! I didn't have the best diet before but would often skip dinner because drinking was, well, preferable. Now I'm eating supper every night and munching throughout the whole day. I've been baking a lot for my family and can't seem to keep my hands off the spoils.
I was excited to lose weight after stopping drinking because I was drinking heavily and consuming many empty calories. But at the rate I'm going, I'm never going to lose weight.
I'm not saying that I'm replacing one addiction with another but if I had the courage to quit drinking after so many years, then I should have the courage and will power to eat right and not to eat when I'm not hungry. At least I am drinking loads of water!
