I don't think it is as common with people with Bipolar disorder(s) as it is or would be with those suffering with Borderline Personality disorder, in fact I do not think it is a commonality with many disorders, but instead just a person's personality regardless if they have or have no disorder(s), just my own feeling on this.
Some personality trait's origin(s) can stem from the person's environment in which they grew up in, adapting to or aquiring traits and/or behaviours from their parents or whoever were their caregivers.
So often, connect negative behaviours solely with certain disorders, Bipolar, being one of them. I feel there is way too much generalization and stereotyping, society is putting on various mental disorders and I find it really ashame too.
People need to realize that a person without disorder(s) can have behaviours and/or personalities that have nothing to do with the disorder(s) that uninformed and/or uneducated
people so conveniently attach to others.
Stress is a thing people deal with in all different ways, some can be negative or unhealthy, while some ways can be positive or with minimal negative, prolonged effects.
Counselling and/or meditation can help a person learn different techniques to help them handle and work through their stress. I'd suggest one seeking help if they find they are having prolonged stress issues, cause stress can have negative effects on your physical health, besides mental health, and relationships.
I'm sending everyone here warm wishes for healing, positive energies, and luck with seeking some sort of help in handling stress and/or anger issues. The sooner one gets help, the sooner their lives can improve.
Take care now,
DE
