My family isn't really supportive on my mental health, I talk to them about it but they jut act like I never said anything and when I ask about going to therapy or something they tell me to pick one when I need their help to. I have no one I can talk to about it to make me feel better so it gets hard to stay going. I'm starting high school in a few days and I want to try and get some help by then.
