we have bipolar person in our family and sometimes he's very depressed.(crying or think about death,tell ' i'm total waste' ).and a little OCD trait (not serious ) we told this to his psychiatrist but
he didnot prescribe any anti-depression pills.
he's on lithium carbonate10 mg,clonazepam 2 mg,and sleeping pills

why didn't his psychiatrist prescribe Anti -Depression pills
