i think you do have a say. it is your body and your personal space. i dont like it when strangers touch me in any sort of way. espescially men. it too makes me very uncomfortable. and i have been known to snap at people about it if i feel it is "inappropriate". and yes, it was an older man. and no i was not polite at all about it and didn't feel my response needed explanation. it too happened in the workplace. he came up behind me while i was working and stood very, very close to my back with both hands on my sholders and i was in front of a machine with no where to move away from him. he began talking to me and i shuddered. then in that instant i flew around and faced him and told him if he was standing close enough for me to feel his breath on my neck he needed to back the %#@&#! up. he did tell the supervisor that i cursed at him. but when i explained myself, all was understood. so yes is the answer i have for you. your body, your space. noone has the right to put there hands on you.
