I'm not Cam, but I am taking Cymbalta, so I thought I'd jump in, too.
So far, after six weeks, it's a very nice drug, and I'm having a partial response to it at 60mgs. (Per pdoc appt today: going to try 90mg starting tomorrow.)
It's pretty smooth as far as side effects, most of the adjustment phase effects passed within about two weeks, the only one that remained was diarrhea, but that went away when the doctor suggested taking it AFTER breakfast, instead of just before I ate. (I take my vitamins first thing when I sit down to breakfast, so I was taking it along with them.) As soon as I started waiting until after my egg, it was fine.
Good luck.
