Well, only you can know what's best for you... but I would say that both those therapists sound a bit off to me. In particular the marriage against depression thing - that would be a huge red flag for me, it's complete nonsense and shows a lack of understanding of what depression is (or what happiness is, for that matter.) And you are right, if she is not a medical doctor she has no business prescribing medication - in most parts of the world she wouldn't even be able to do so.
I don't want to know any personal information about a therapist, especially not when I've only just met them, so that's another issue with both of them. Also, I don't know where you live, but if therapist 2 just had a baby, how can she be working already?
It's tough finding a therapist, but many people do have to meet with several therapists before they find somebody who is a good match. Trust your gut feeling on this, and don't stay with somebody who feels wrong. Sometimes it can take a while to get to the point where you feel that you can trust a particular therapist who is actually a good match for you, but based on the things you mention, I would keep looking.
