Although there are actually good reasons for therapists not to lock their doors during sessions - one did it to me once and boy did I feel trapped - Therapist 1 sounds like trouble waiting to happen. (Making you feel fat? They're not supposed to give clients more issues.). Therapist 2 sounds distracted.

I'd find a third option. And a fourth or fifth if need be.
