Whenever I've started a new therapy, we always talked about my goals - in therapy and in life.
I've really been struggling with writing them down this time though

I took a notebook and I left a whole page for each of the followings sides in my life: partnership- job- social- and family.
I wrote what is important for me to achieve in each area and in each area the goals to achieve in short and long term. This last, was the most difficult part so in some occassions I limited to put an order of achievement.
I'll put you a real example:
I want to improve my knowledge of English bc it's very important for my job. This is the main goal, being a ****ing good English master.
I wrote all these things that can be useful to reach this dream.
1) Improving my oral comprehension in 6 months (goal)
Strategy to accomplish the first goal.
A) listening and watching programes in English
B) talking to my online friends.
C) going to downtown to assist tourists.
