i feel the same way. i do NOT like being touched or people even invading my space!! don't worry about a customer who may someday be offended & i don't the the customer is always right policy should apply to being touched! what if a customer wanted to give you a peck on the cheek, etc. where would that end!! nope - you have an absolute RIGHT as far as i see to tell the customers to BACK OFF...politely of course
