Do you have friends who are going to go to the same high school? That can make starting a new thing more fun and less scary. I am sure that lots of people who are about to make a change like that will feel the same as you about it.
If you think you're depressed, talking to your parents or your M.D. is a good idea. There are lots of healthy things you can try on your own too. Here are some notes that helped me:

Exercise, yoga, meditation, improving your diet all pretty reliably improve your mood and it's all super-healthy for you anyway. It's kind of inevitable to feel nervous making a change like going to high school, but once you get over the starting-up nervousness and make a few friends, you might find it exciting to enter a whole new phase of your life.
