Here's my opinion the meds are 90% and the best therapy is only about 10%. If you have to see this T to keep the pdoc do it. Cut it as a low as they'll let you and find a second T. Cbt can be learned fairly quickly so you may need closer sessions when first starting but I see my T once a month. That's only 12 sessions a year...if you had two T's and saw each once a month you'd still be covered.

This was my thought too. I'm just worried about dealing with someone else. And I'm not sure if insurance will cover an other practitioner.
