You are not afraid. You feel safe. You feel like your old normal state is, as you say. in a fog and unaware of your surroundings, sort of consuming yourself instead of being aware of what's happening. Your feelings towards other people are full of compassion and love. Was it like that?

I think I would just call it being grounded and in the moment. Enlightened is such a loaded term...
There are also various grounding techniques that can get people into that zone.
