For me, when it worked I knew it worked...for me by the 3rd session . There was never any doubt it worked. Now I had to stop way to early for my wishes due to severe memory loss, but perhaps it's not the best sign if you can think of anything that has improved. If it helped at all on any level, I'd keep going if you aren't having side effects.
