I don't have a therapist either. Had one briefly a while back.....lost insurance....haven't had one since.

At first, I really liked her. Then I felt she was condescending and patronizing....but I was also in a really bad place at that time....

My current pdoc doesn't think I need therapy at the present time....but I sometimes wonder....
