Panic disorder sucks. You can try dietary changes, like reducing or eliminating sugar and caffeine, and learn calming techniques, like self-hypnosis, but there's no magic bullet. Some claim success with emotional freedom techniques (see

http://www.emofree.org/ [in the UK]). I want to try it, but haven't yet.
