Yes, tell yourself what you feel is normal and okay (( hugs )).

Missing her is a way of staying connected to her You can miss her now and still go back when she is back.

Keep reminding yourself that she hasn't left.. you.., she is just away for now and will be happy to see you when she is back.

So, you don't have to do anything. It's perfectly fine to have the feelings you're having. Gosh when dealing with such a long break, I would think it unusual if you didn't have these feelings! Allow them to just be there.

Hang in there. It's very hard now, but it will be okay. You don't have to do anything. You're doing fine getting through this very rough and lonely time.
